Plan Your Trip: The Kids Play Co.

Last week we got to visit the super cute "The Kids Play Co." (formerly known as "The Playdate Co.). Here's everything you need to know!

This venue is, in essence, an adorable kids village. There were kid-sized gas stations, shopping carts, school desks, you name it. They have several structures all with different themes like "grocery store", "schoolhouse", "kitchen", etc. Several Cozy Coupe and other similar cars were out as well as an awesome stationary bike that let kids ride in circles.

We were there for their "Visit from Santa" event that featured Primrose Preschool with a craft table helping kids make their own ornaments, Santa photos, the Pie Pop Company (a pop up pie on a stick shop) and Storytime with Santa! All except the pies were included with the admission price.

What you need to know before you go:

What: They have open play, classes (yoga, fitness, art, music, storytime), special events and they host birthday party! They offer one free trial class! Check their site for details and to find out when open play is.

Where: 2701 Custer Pkwy Suite 718, Richardson, TX 75080

Cost: $10.50/child (1 and older) & $8.50 for additional siblings (1 and older). If your child is under 1 they are either free or $5.50 depending on the other ages you are paying with.

Accessibility: There is ample room for kids to move, crawl or wheel around. There are 2 restrooms with changing tables and easily accessible drinking fountains.

While this venue is a little farther for the Fort Worth crowd it's a gem for the North Dallas kids play place scene! We will be back!

The Kids Play Co. provided us with free admission to give an honest review of this attraction.
